(TSX:WIN) announced that Dr. Hatim Zaghloul, the Company's co-founder, will be stepping down from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and will not be standing for re-election to the Board at the Company's 2008 annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held on March 27, 2008. Dr. Zaghloul will continue to work with the Company as Chair of its Technical Advisory Committee.
